It’s closing time!

Closing is usually attended by the buyer, the sellers, their agents and settlement attorney. The buyer is the most important person at the table and has the most documents to review/sign. Sellers sometimes will sign ahead of time and will arrange to leave keys with settlement attorney or their agent. You will get keys at the end of settlement.
