Stephanie’s midwestern values of honesty, dedication and a strong work ethic were instilled in her while growing up in Michigan and attending Michigan State University's School of Hospitality within the Eli Broad College of Business.
After graduating in 2003, she began her real estate career in Chicago, Illinois, with Koenig & Strey, one of Chicago's premier real estate firms, and Toll Brothers, a luxury home builder. Stephanie relocated to the Nation’s Capital in 2010 and after a decade with Washington Fine Properties, she relocated to Wardman Residential at Compass at the beginning of 2023.
She has worked with the most discerning clients and has successfully executed many complex transactions. Known for her creative strategies and strong negotiation skills, she provides her clients success in every market condition. Stephanie is a proud resident of Huntingtown, where she lives with her husband Bill, young daughter, and their adorable yellow lab, Stella. When she's not immersed in the world of real estate, Stephanie loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family and taking her Jeep Wrangler out for thrilling adventures on the trails. She also has a passion for wine, all things Peloton, and is an active member of the Junior League of Washington.
