We made it! You’re a new homeowner and, hopefully, you’re getting settled into your new place.

Now that we’re past closing, I want to wrap up the last few items:

• Going forward, would you like me to send you reports on what is happening with property values your area so you can know how quickly your home is gaining value? If so, would you like them monthly, quarterly or yearly? 

I recommend setting up a Google alert on your new property. Read my blog post for information on why and how to do that.

• Lastly, I am hoping you’d be willing to write a review of me on Zillow and on my business page on Yelp. I unfortunately cannot send you a link to Yelp as they see that as an unoriginal review but if you would take a moment to log-in, any kind words you could share with others would be much appreciated. Please keep me in mind should any of your family or friends need real estate assistance.
