You may attend settlement if you desire or I will attend on your behalf to make sure everything goes smoothly. Afterwards the settlement attorney will email us both a copy of the HUD/settlement statement showing the exact breakdown of the closing cost charges. The attorney will arrange for the balance of your loan to be paid off with the proceeds from closing. If you are receiving additional money back from closing once your loan has been paid off in full, the settlement attorney will either wire transfer those funds to you or give you a check.
