This should be done the day before or the morning of the photography appointment or at least before we go live on the market. I want your home sparkling clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, as nothing turns a buyer off more! Don’t forget windows, inside and out. Removing screens and storing in a closet also gives a crisp feeling. If you don’t want to personally clean your home, I would be happy to arrange a cleaning crew to take care of everything. If you’d like me to do that, let me know and I can take care of setting up the appointment.  All repairs should be done before they come over to clean.  Once they clean your place, please do your very best to keep it clean going forward. If it needs to be cleaned again at any point, just let me know and I can set up another appointment with them.
